I already have approval from my landlord to adopt a dog (if you own, click agree).*
I have read and comply with the adoption eligibility and policy requirements.*
I understand that applying to adopt a specific dog doesn't not guarantee eligibility to adopt that dog. It also does not guarantee that the dog will still be available once I am approved to adopt.*
